Vacuum rental for renovation and drywall
Drywall and sanding dust is fine, pale and everywhere. The right vacuum keeps it out of the air and out of the rest of the building.

What the job needs
Sanding drywall joint compound throws fine dust that settles on everything and travels through the building. A regular shop vac with a standard filter can pass the finest of it back into the room.
Capturing the dust at the sander with a HEPA dust extractor is the most effective step. Follow with a wet/dry or backpack vacuum for the final cleanup.
Tips
- Seal doorways with plastic sheeting before sanding.
- Empty the dust container before it fills so suction stays strong.
- Wear a respirator suited to the job even with an extractor running.
